2018 brought much needed moderate temperatures and a long growing season, leading to relaxed picking and promising wines. The grapes ripened smoothly and evenly, and we were able to create the style we are known for, powerful elegance. Overall, the wines from the 2018 vintage exhibit wonderfully polished tannins, excellent color and beautiful acid structure.

The 2018 Waugh Pinot Noir has concentrated blackberry and blueberry aromas and flavors. Full body. Solid core of fruit with stunning acidity. Velvet tannins on the palate ride along a juicy backbone.
