As always, we fermented the beautiful Waugh Riesling at a chilly 40 degrees, allowing the Riesling aromas to become extremely intense and the mouth feel crisp and structured. Once the sugar content went below 2 brix we tasted every hour until acid, alcohol and sugar have achieved balance and fermentation was stopped.

The Chardonnay delivers the weight and complexity, Sauvignon Blanc adds citrus and a crisp mouth- watering acidity, and the Riesling delivers floral and spice qualities and a lush texture.

No Malo-lactic fermentation and no new oak used in the aging of Waugh Chardonnay. The wine was barrel fermented in 100% neutral oak and the lees was stirred at minimum once a week, which accounts for its incredible mouth feel.

Inspired by our Junior blend, this Non-Vintage Rosé is a true expression of Waugh Cellars' commitment to blending across multiple vintages and varietals to create something unique. Crafted from the saignée method, we capture the free-run juice from our red varietals during sorting—what would have been lost is now transformed into a beautifully layered, expressive Rosé.

The blending of multiple vintages adds depth and complexity while preserving the fresh, fruit-driven profile that makes this Rosé so inviting. The result is a lively, refreshing wine with a structure that balances acidity and ripeness, making it perfect for any occasion.

The long, cool 2023 growing season was particularly well suited to Pinot Noir in the Russian River Valley, allowing the fruit to develop slowly while retaining beautiful natural acidity and freshness. The resulting wine showed remarkable concentration from the beginning — a powerful, muscular expression of Pinot Noir with the depth and structure to evolve beautifully over time.

The 2022 Waugh Cellars Zinfandel continues our tradition of crafting bold yet beautifully balanced expressions of this iconic varietal. Sourced from the renowned Dry Creek Valley, this vintage benefited from a long, steady growing season, allowing the fruit to achieve optimal ripeness while maintaining natural acidity.

The wine is sensationally dense with ripe plum, boysenberry, and blackberry that leap out of the glass and coat the palate. The smooth, rich fruit is complemented by milk chocolate, fresh tobacco, black licorice, mocha and hints of violets. It’s unusually complex and multidimensional for a variety that’s often spoken about in opposite terms. And don’t forget the classic smooth, rich soft tannins you enjoy in all Waugh red wines.

A blend of all our red varietals, Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa and Sonoma), Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Barbera, with a new twist. This is the first time we are releasing a Non Vintage Red Junior. We started holding back a few barrels from each vintage of all the red varietals. Red Junior will not only be a blend of our 9 red varietals, but 5 vintages of each varietal. More than 50 lots are vinified separately, aged separately then blended and 5 vintages worth of each variety is used for blending to create Junior.

A compelling Napa Cabernet that captures the vintage’s dual nature—rich and powerful, yet refined and balanced.

The 2021 vintage was defined by drought conditions and consistently warm, dry weather. The smaller clusters and berries led to naturally concentrated flavors, while the vineyard’s balance of cool evenings preserved freshness. The result is a limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon of depth, purity, and elegance—one of the most expressive vintages yet from Six Degrees.
