We thought Waugh Red Junior deserved a sibling, so White Junior was born. Red Junior is a blend of all the red varietals we grow and source, so White Junior is all 3 of the white varietals, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling but with a twist. Since we started making base wines for sparkling in 2015 we started holding back barrels of Chard, SB and Riesling to blend multiple vintages together, making a non vintage, and producing something truly unique and special.    

The Chardonnay delivers the weight and complexity, Sauvignon Blanc adds citrus and a crisp mouth- watering acidity, and the Riesling delivers floral and spice qualities and a lush texture.

A beautiful rich color from the age in barrel and lees contact, this wine opens with the enticing scent of spearmint and pear as well as bright notes of orange and lemon pie. Its dry, fresh and crisp with round vibrant acidity.
