Spring was mild, with extended flowering, yielding uniform grape clusters. Temperatures remained steady and warm throughout the growing season, without any significant heat spikes, making for a cool, unhurried harvest. The only mildly concerning hiccup came in the form of rain on Oct. 2 and 3.

Balancing lush notes of dark fruits against delicate hints of tea, this is a velvety mouthful of wine. Rich aromas and flavors of blueberry and flowers are complemented by cedar and vanilla tones that linger. Aged 22 months in French oak.
