The 2021 vintage of our Pinot Noir reflects the unique climatic conditions of the year, resulting in a wine that captures the essence of its terroir with finesse and elegance. Following a winter characterized by limited rainfall, a relatively cool spring delayed bud break until late March and early April. This moderate start to the growing season set the stage for smaller berries and smaller quantities.
On the nose, vibrant aromas of raspberries, strawberries, and wild cherries greet the senses, underscored by subtle hints of wildflowers and delicate oak nuances. Layers of complexity emerge with hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, and rose petals, adding an alluring floral dimension to the bouquet.
