Inspired by our Junior blend, this Non-Vintage Rosé is a true expression of Waugh Cellars' commitment to blending across multiple vintages and varietals to create something unique. Crafted from the saignée method, we capture the free-run juice from our red varietals during sorting—what would have been lost is now transformed into a beautifully layered, expressive Rosé.

The blending of multiple vintages adds depth and complexity while preserving the fresh, fruit-driven profile that makes this Rosé so inviting. The result is a lively, refreshing wine with a structure that balances acidity and ripeness, making it perfect for any occasion.
