Vintage Description

The 2021 vintage was defined by drought conditions and consistently warm, dry weather. The smaller clusters and berries led to naturally concentrated flavors, while the vineyard’s balance of cool evenings preserved freshness. The result is a limited-production Cabernet Sauvignon of depth, purity, and elegance—one of the most expressive vintages yet from Six Degrees.

• Aromas:Vibrant blackberry, black cherry, and cassis layered with violets, graphite, and subtle hints of vanilla bean and cedar.
• Palate:Full-bodied yet refined, with rich flavors of ripe black currant, blackberry compote, and dark chocolate, accented by sweet tobacco and a touch of baking spice. The texture is silky and concentrated, offering both power and finesse.
• Acidity:Fresh and balanced, giving lift and vibrancy to the dark fruit profile.
• Finish:Long and elegant, with lingering notes of black fruit, cocoa, and fine-grained tannins.
